What is it?

The project was born out of a desire to create a meeting point between digital art and the physical world, combining Moonbirds' extraordinary art and creativity with the global presence and reach of a major retail chain.

Project Details:

1. Physical Products Inspired by Moonbirds Art:

- Creation of an exclusive line of physical products (e.g., toys, art prints, merchandise) that visually represent Moonbirds' artwork.

- Each physical product will have an associated QR code, which will be the bridge to the digital art.

2. Exclusive Digital Platform:

- Development of an interactive digital platform for product owners.

- Once the QR code is scanned, users will be taken to a digital environment where they can register, view, and interact with the digital artwork associated with the physical product.

- The digital art will be verified and stored on the blockchain, ensuring authenticity and ownership.

3. Education and Expansion:

- Organizing events, workshops, and seminars in stores and online to educate the public about digital art, NFT, and the potential of blockchain.

- Introducing a wider audience to the world of NFTs and digital art through this fusion of art and commerce.

4. Integrated Marketing Strategy:

- Joint advertising campaigns, social media presence, and promotional events to showcase the collaboration and attract the attention of both art enthusiasts and general consumers.

- Use of experiential marketing techniques, similar to those adopted by Pudgy Penguins, to engage and retain a wider audience.

- Creating feedback channels within the digital platform to allow Moonbirds owners and new users to share ideas, suggestions, and feedback, ensuring that the project evolves in an organic, community-driven way.

The collaboration between Moonbirds, Mythics, and a large-scale retailer (GDO) would have a number of intersecting and amplified benefits for their respective communities. Through this collaboration, Moonbirds and Mythics not only strengthen their positioning in the NFT landscape, but also enrich and expand opportunities for their community of owners by articulating a progressive vision of digital art and virtual ownership.

Hi! I'm Gian Matteo, an owner of Moonbirds and it's not just a title for me, but a passion. Ever since I discovered blockchain and web3, I knew I wanted to do something great in this space. This love of digital led me to found Blockchain Leaks, along with another industry enthusiast. Our goal? To guide both individuals and companies through this fascinating world, showing them the power of blockchain and helping those already in the industry reach new horizons.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to forge several partnerships. One of the most significant is with Meterium, a giant with a strong presence in Asia but with branches around the world. With their specialization in creating tokenized marketplaces and immersive digital experiences, I knew they were the perfect partner. And the interesting thing? These markets are powered by TOKO, coming from the world's largest law firm, DLA Piper. Yes, you got that right! With Meterium, we are combining the strength and security of strict regulatory compliance with the magic of future technology solutions.

Product strategy


Step 1: Obtaining Consent

- Introducing the project to the Moonbirds community through this presentation.

- Holding Q&A sessions to answer questions from holders.

- Obtaining consent from the majority of holders.

Phase 2: Planning and Design

- Collaboration with artists and designers to create gadget concepts.

- Development of prototypes and revisions based on community feedback.

- Definition of production costs and estimated selling prices. (to be borne by the partner)

Step 3: Partnerships and Production

- Establish partnerships with manufacturers of the gadgets.

- Start mass production of approved gadgets.

- Quality control and testing to ensure the highest quality.

Phase 4: Marketing and Promotion

- Planning a targeted marketing campaign, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.

- Presentation of gadgets through virtual and/or physical events.

- Active community involvement for promotion through shares and reviews.

Phase 5: Distribution and Sales

- Implementation of a reservation or pre-order system for Moonbirds holders.

- Officially launching the gadgets on the market, making them available for purchase.

- Monitoring sales, collecting feedback, and managing post-sales support.

Phase 6: Post-Launch and Feedback.

- Collecting feedback from the community and customers on their experiences with the gadgets.

- Analysis of sales and success metrics.

- Planning for any upgrades or new versions of the gadgets based on feedback and market needs.

What are the risks?

In any project, especially those involving new technologies and the interaction between physical and digital worlds, there are several potential risks. The real challenge will be to find partners who will accept this collaboration, my team and I have direct contacts with influential people within GDO such as 7Eleven, Esselunga and other giants, if any other member of the community has contacts they are always welcome because we know how important networking is in the business world. Once we find the right partner we will have no problems with either distribution or production of the gadgets.

What will the money actually be spent on? Do you expect any other money to come in related to this project, e.g. revenues?

All expenses will be borne by the partners who cooperate with us in exchange for the use of our IP.

Possible Sources of Revenue:

1. Sale of Gadgets: The main source of revenue will be the sale of gadgets at physical and online outlets. We will pay a percentage for IP usage to each Holder based on the number of gadgets printed with their NFT. Each gadget is accompanied by an NFT so the number of gadgets produced is transparent and certified.

2. Collaborations and Sponsorships: Partnerships with other companies or brands that may wish to associate with the project, offering funding or resources in exchange for visibility or other benefits. A percentage will be recognized to the community earmarked for various community activities and giveaways.

3. On-Chain Transactions: Small royalties could be taken from NFT-related transactions or interactions within the virtual world.

4. Outside Investment: If the project shows significant potential, it could attract outside investors or venture capital interested in funding further expansion or development phases.

Importantly, revenue realization depends on the success of the project and market acceptance, and there are no guarantees of profit but it is certainly a project that will increase brand awareness and perception.
