What is it?
This proposal offers a unique, risk-free opportunity for the Moonbirds community to benefit from free non-holiday weekdays and discounted weekend/holiday access to high-quality Airbnb property for an agreed-upon number of days.

The property can be used for various purposes, such as hosting small events, workshops, retreats, podcasts, and accommodating guest speakers/partners/artists. I'm not seeking any funding, making this a risk-free initiative to explore the potential benefits for the Moonbird community and raise brand awareness. In addition to the free usage, verified Moonbirds/Odities holders will also receive special discounts when booking the property.
To promote the Moonbirds brand to guests who may be unaware of it, QR codes will be placed in strategic locations within the property, and Moonbirds-themed swag, such as throw pillows, will be provided.
Both free and discounted stays will require a $180 cleaning fee for each stay. This fee covers professional cleaning services to ensure that our accommodation remains clean and well-maintained for all of our guests.

What are the risks?
While it is in my best interest to ensure the success of this initiative, and I am not requesting any funds from the DAO, there are some risks that need to be considered and addressed:
Accidental Damages: The property may be subject to accidental damages during usage by the Moonbirds and Mythics holder community, which could lead to additional costs for repairs and maintenance.
Misuse of Property: There is a risk of misuse of the property or violations of community guidelines, which may negatively impact the reputation of the brand and the overall experience for other members.
Liability Issues: Potential accidents or incidents occurring at the property could give rise to liability concerns, which may have legal or financial implications.
To mitigate these risks, it is essential to establish clear guidelines and policies for property usage. All bookings, including complimentary stays, will be required to be made through Airbnb to ensure coverage under their AirCover protection, which provides added security and peace of mind for both the property owner and the guests.
What will the money actually be spent on? Do you expect any other money to come in related to this project, e.g. revenues?
I am not requesting any funding for this proposal. If the collaboration proves successful, I may consider submitting another proposal in the future to fully transform the cabin into a Moonbirds-themed space. This could include incorporating physical murals, installing digital always-on screens, sheets, towels, and plates with Moonbirds prints and/or logos, and other items to create a truly immersive Moonbirds experience.
